Patrick Riddlemoser

Patrick has been an active, full time real estate agent in Northern Virginia since he was licensed in January 1993. Having sold nearly 400 homes in Fairfax, Loudoun, Alexandria, Arlington, and Prince William counties.

Patrick is a native, born in Fairfax Hospital, and has resided in the area his entire life. Patrick is married to Julia and have two daughters, a 6 year old Francesca Annette and a 3 year old Gabrielle Alina .

Before creating Prosperity Realty in 2004, Patrick worked 7 years with Jobin Realty, 4 years with Long & Foster's Annandale office, and before that MCM Realty in Centreville. Having worked for real estate firms of all sizes, Patrick created Prosperity Realty because he wanted to serve buyers and sellers in a team approach that focuses on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Patrick is the Broker and leader of the team. You will find him providing the following services:

Cynthia Cole - Residential Sales and Listing Specialist

Cynthia was raised in Northern Virginia and currently resides in Ashburn. Since 1990, Cynthia has worked in real estate in some role, be it, Residential Lending, Real Estate Investing, or Real Estate Sales. Her experience in these various aspects of real estate allow Cynthia to provide a wealth of knowledge to her clients. Julia Riddlemoser - Transaction Coordinator

Julia was a full time real estate agent from 1993 to 1998 and Patrick's partner until the birth of their first child Francesca. Julia has moved to "back office" operations. She will be the one that makes sure many of the behind the scenes activities are handled quickly and effectively:

Jim does not actually work for the team. However, we consider Jim a partner. Jim is the sales manager at First of America Mortgage Company in Fairfax.
